SYSTEM STATUS - Available - Please note that the Qld Registry closed at mid-day today, Thursday, 30 March 2017, due to issued weather warnings. eLodgments are being processed and monitored by other registry staff. Please be aware that processing of lodgments may take a little longer than normal.

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE - From 28 March 2017 you may notice some improvements and changes to the payment processing screen.
We have noticed that some users were experiencing problems using the auto acceptance feature for bankruptcy and winding up matters outlined below. This feature has been turned off until the issue can be resolved. We expect this to be soon. In the meantime, registries will continue to process these matters manually and within the Court's standard processing timeframes. Automatic acceptance of Bankruptcy Creditors Petitions and Corporations Winding Up applications was introduced in early February 2017. The changes allow most eLodgers to select their preferred hearing date for these matters. More information including a summary of changes, Q&A handout and video demonstrations are available on the Court’s website.
Visually impaired users, experiencing difficulties reading the eLodgment screens, can obtain assistance from their local registry.
